This is a two-day course centred around establishing a principles-based approach to assessing and addressing dysfunction at both the upper and lower extremities. This two-day event will go into the in-depth structure-function relationships at the ribcage, shoulder, pelvis and hip. Trainers will leave this weekend confidently able to assess for movement faults, and expediently program to improve function.
